Pollster house effects

Each pollster's average deviation from the UK Elections average on the days it polled, over the last 120 days (pollsters with three or more polls). A consistently positive number for a party means that pollster's methodology tends to find more of that party's vote than the pack does. House effects are legitimate methodological differences, not errors; but if a single outlier poll is driving a headline, this table tells you whose outlier it is.

Method and source

Every GB-wide poll row parsed from the source table (same validity rules as the model anchor: complete share columns, shares summing 0.85 to 1.15). The UK Elections average is the trailing 14-day unweighted mean per party, renormalised, computed retrospectively at each poll date; it is exactly the series the seat model anchors on.

Source: Wikipedia, opinion polling for the next United Kingdom general election (every poll cited there to its primary publication). Parsed 2026-08-14; refreshed with every polling refresh run. The current average feeds the general election model and the mayoral projections directly.
